Greetings from my kitchen! I am Nicki, the middle sister of the group. I want to share a very easy recipe our Grandmother, Elizabeth, taught us.
The recipe has only 5 ingredients and is so easy to throw together that it is an easy weeknight meal. We're having it for Sunday dinner since I had a very lazy day. The kids are happy about it. This is one of our family favorites.
Ingredients:

One pound of chicken - I used tenderloins which are nice because they are preportioned
One can Cream of Chicken soup
One can Cream of Mushroom soup
One can of French Onion soup
One cup white rice
Half a soup can of water.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Place the chicken in a baking pan. Pour the rice on top of the chicken.
In a separate bowl. Stir the soups and water together and pour over the chicken.

All prepped and ready for the oven! Cook for 40-45 minutes.
